You sleep in the office due to your habits
In the office, sleep often starts working. You drink coffee on coffee but there is no effect. Do it now, you have not been able to work because of sleep and you can not even sleep. Let us tell you that the burden of sleep has not been done by you but by yourself. The sleeping seated is a result of some of your habits, not because of fatigue. By changing these small habits, you can touch sleep while working.

According to research, people who use the phone during accounting, mail or social media, they feel more tired. By using social media, our memory suddenly gets so much information that the result comes out as an antidote. So, break your brain in the lunch break too.
Often we give up the work to relax. But instead of getting comfort, stress increases as there is a stress of fulfilling due to pending work. It is better to divide your work into several parts. After each part is complete you will get motivation and you can take a break even after this.
Keep snacks in between. Include things in snacks that contain carbohydrate, proteins, fats, and fibers. You can have different types of fruits with you.
You sweat a bit with your feet. After this change the socks after half day. This will make you feel fresh. Use a cooling balm in the legs before wearing new one socks.
