CM Yogi Adityanath Sued For Making Indecent Remarks Gorakhpur News
A person has been booked against Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for making indecent remarks through social media. The police have filed a lawsuit against SO Dinesh Chandra Chaudhary.
Rajasthan resident is accused
The accused is Raj Aggarwal, a resident of Jaipur in Rajasthan. On September 13, Raj Aggarwal made a derogatory remark against CM Yogi Adityanath on the UP Police Twitter. The UP police was also targeted.
Police took automatic cognition
After it went viral on social media, the district police took cognizance and filed a lawsuit in various other sections including the IT Act. SO Sadar said that the police is investigating the case. The full address of the accused is being searched. Action will be taken soon.
