In fact, the petty controversy grew because of blocking ATMs and disobeying his wife. Even after six years of marriage, the wife could not become a mother. Husband’s disinterest continued on this issue. Meanwhile, the doctors advised the woman that she was 40 years old, so a decision about raising a family would have to be taken early. When the husband was not ready for this, he considered becoming a mother with IVF (in vitro fertilization) technique, but the husband’s consent letter was also sought for this. According to the wife, the husband refused for this also. He threatened that I had married you for money, so I will never let you take the pleasure of becoming a mother. Troubled wife seeks refuge in family court. On this, the husband also filed a maintenance allowance case. The husband also told the wife that now your three-four years will pass in the court-court and the age of your mother will pass. Counseling of both continues.

In counseling, the wife said that she has also been advised by doctors that now she has only one or two years to become a mother, but the husband is not ready to take responsibility. In such a situation, he is mentally disturbed.

Law experts believe that the husband can also ask the wife for maintenance. However, for this he has to present the proof that he is not able to earn.

The husband says that if I had a job and the wife asked for maintenance allowance, I would have to give it, then the wife can give it to me. He said if the wife is an officer, she does not understand anything. I do not respect me, that is why I do not want to take the family forward.
