Malik said – condolences are expressed even when animals die, no one expressed condolences on the death of farmers

From Kashmir to Goa and now Meghalaya Governor Satyapal Malik seems angry with the government over the farmers’ issue. Malik is constantly speaking openly about this matter. Now in an interview with NDTV , Satyapal Malik has given a big statement. They have said that if the government feels that I am doing them harm, then I am ready to leave the post. I will make my point after I step down from the post of Governor.

‘ Condolences occur even after death of animal, farmers are dead here ‘

In an interview with NDTV, Satyapal Malik answered many questions. When asked questions on his statements about farmers, Malik said that,

“Condolences are also expressed when an animal dies, but here 250 farmers are dead, for which no one has expressed any sympathy so far. He said that if the Kisan agitation continues like this, the BJP will suffer big losses in western UP, Haryana and Rajasthan. Malik said that the situation on this issue is that BJP leaders are not able to go out of their village. Because they are protesting. “

Malik said that, I think my statements will benefit the party in place of loss. Because by this the farmers will also feel that someone in the government is talking about them. I have talked to PM Modi and the Home Minister about this, the government should talk to the farmers.

Malik has been vocal about the farmer movement

Jat leader Satyapal Malik of Western Uttar Pradesh has also given sharp statements on the issue of farmers earlier. Malik has been unhappy with the government’s attitude towards farmers since the beginning of the peasant movement.

Malik earlier made several statements about the peasant movement, in which he said that farmers cannot be insulted. Satyapal Malik had said that, he has advised the Central Government that farmers cannot be insulted nor can they be forced to step back. Malik said that he has advised the government to talk to the farmers to resolve the current crisis.

At the same time, Malik had said in a program that if farmers were humiliated and sent from Delhi, they would not forget this thing for 300 years. Addressing a gathering in Baghpat, Malik said,

“I met a big journalist yesterday, who is a good friend of the Prime Minister. I told him that I have tried, but now you explain to him this is the wrong way. Pressing and humiliating the farmers and sending them from Delhi. At first they will not go, they have not come to go. If the other is gone, you will not forget 300 years. So give them something. “

Many transfers as governor

Talking about the journey of Malik as Governor, he first became the Governor of Bihar in 2017. About 1 year after this, Malik was transferred to Kashmir in 2018. Then after the completion of one year, he was transferred to Goa. But after the transfer of Goa, he said that he is not taking the name of going to Kashmir from his mind. Malik said in his speech during the closing ceremony of the International Film Festival of India, “I have come to Goa three weeks ago. I have come from Kashmir. I am still going through the Kashmir hangover. Kashmir still casts my heart and mind. Has happened.”

Article 370 removed in presence of Malik

Please tell that as soon as Satyapal Malik was the Governor, Section 370 was removed from Kashmir in 2019. It is said that Malik also played an important role in this. He said in one of his statements that,

“Often the bureaucrats used to scare them that at least 1000 people could be killed by removing special status, but now, even after the repeal of Article 370, the Indian Army did not have to fire a single bullet.”

Now Malik was sent to Meghalaya again before the completion of one year. Where he is currently taking charge as the Governor. But during this tenure, he openly spoke about the farmer movement. Because Malik hails from Baghpat in western UP and has been a Jat leader, he has a special connection with farmers. He has talked to the central government many times on the issue of farmers.
