WHO said – Corona’s future depends on India, even before such enemies were defeated
All the countries including India have put their full strength in defeating the corona virus. There is no stage of community transmission in India yet. Meanwhile, Dr. Michael J. Ryan, director of the World Health Organization (WHO), has said that how the corona virus (COVID19) will affect the future will be determined by the actions of countries with large populations like India. He said, ‘India is a country with a large population like China. The far-reaching consequences of the corona virus will depend on what actions countries with large populations take. It is very important that India continue to take tough and serious decisions at the level of public health for its people.
Ryan said that India led the world in the eradication of two silent killers – small pox and polio. India has tremendous potential, all countries have tremendous potential. When communities and societies are mobilized, any goal can be achieved. Let us tell that India fought a long battle with polio and within a few years India has become polio free.
Let us tell you that 471 cases of corona virus have been reported in India. The epidemic has just reached the second stage in India. It is our endeavor that it does not reach the third stage i.e. community transmission (where it is not known what caused the virus to be in a person). India is fighting the war with the Corona virus with full force and everyone including WHO is praising it.
