Sahil Gehlot told the police during questioning about his fixed marriage after learning about the murder of Nikki Yadav.
He had been advised by Nikki that while we both couldn't live together, we could give life to others. The two had a protracted discussion about this on the evening of February 9.
Nikki stated there are three options. We will both pass away if you marry me, end the arrangement made by your family, or both of us.
Sahil said that he was unable to carry out any of these. The two got into a contentious argument over this. Sahil, in the meantime, uses a mobile data cord to strangle Nikki to death.
Nikki began to worry when she learned that Sahil is getting married on February 10 a few days ago. Sahil used to visit her while she was living alone for a while.
On the evening of February 9, the day of the engagement, Sahil drove Nikki to Kashmere Gate. By strangling Nikki with the data cord from the mobile phone inside the vehicle, Sahil killed her.
His dhaba is situated on an empty lot in a barren region between the villages of Mitraon and Kair. He filled the dhaba's refrigerator with food before concealing Nikki's body inside. The dhaba was locked from the outside.
