Cold weather continues in most of the states of North India. Freezing winds have increased in the plains. Today, on 28 December, dense fog has been recorded in many places. At the same time, people are facing a lot of trouble due to increased cold wave. The minimum temperature is decreasing in most states including Delhi, Bihar, Punjab, Haryana UP. The Meteorological Department has predicted that there will be rain and snowfall at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand on Monday, due to which there is a possibility of increasing cold in the plains.

According to the report, a western disturbance has occurred in North India on Saturday, due to which snowfall has started in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. It is being told that the process of declining minimum temperature is expected to start from today i.e. Monday.

Issuing an alert on behalf of the Meteorological Department, it has been said that due to heavy snowfall, avalanches and landslides may also occur in some mountainous areas. Explain that the Meteorological Department has issued forecast for December 24 to 30, according to which the minimum temperature will be 2 to 6 degree Celsius above normal in most parts of northwest, central and eastern India.

On the other hand, cold wave is likely to continue over one or two places in the eastern parts of Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha. While the temperature in the cities of North India will increase further. At the same time, most cities of North India will be vulnerable to cold wave. Apart from this, cold wave will also continue in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. According to the Meteorological Department, similar cold conditions are expected for the next one week and after a week, some relief is expected in the cold. At the same time, there is no possibility of any relief in the capital Delhi for the next three days.
