Weather update: ‘Aafat’ coming from Pakistan, crores of people from many states including Delhi will be worried

New Delhi After the winter of December and the rain of March, this time the summer of April can also set new records. In the first fortnight on Tuesday, the maximum temperature of the country’s capital Delhi crossed 41 degrees. This period of increasing heat is likely to continue.

At the same time, according to the Indian Meteorological Department, due to the warm air coming from the neighboring country of Pakistan, it can go up to 46 degrees Celsius this month. This hot air will become a disaster for crores of people, including Delhi. This will upset people not only Delhi but also Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana but also Madhya Pradesh and Bihar. According to the Meteorological Department, the all-time record for April is dated April 29, 1941, when the maximum temperature was 45.6 degrees Celsius. Around 40 degrees also reaches around 18 to 20 dates.

During a month, the heat was not realized in March this year due to many Western disturbances. In the first week of April also, the graph of heat rose slowly, but for two-three days, it has been seeing a lot of momentum. North India may have to face severe heat and heat in the coming days. Overall, the end of April will see the appearance of intense heat.

Palam recorded 41.2 degree Celsius

At the same time, the maximum temperature in Delhi was recorded at Safdarjung on Tuesday at 39.7 degrees, four degrees above normal and in Palam, it was 41.2 degrees Celsius, six degrees above normal. The minimum temperature also reached 23.2 degrees, two degrees above normal in Safdarjung and three degrees above 24.5 degrees Celsius in Najafgarh. After 2011, the temperature in the first half of April has never been so high.

Temperature will increase in the coming days

On the other hand, according to Skymet Weather, the first northwest wind was blowing, with the coolness of the mountains also coming with it. Now the wind direction has changed to southwest. The warm air of central Pakistan is reaching Delhi via Rajasthan. Due to no pollution, the sun is also blazing and its heat is being felt. In such a situation, heat and temperature will increase rapidly in the coming days.

After December’s winter and March rains, summer will create new records in April 

Mahesh Palawat (Chief Meteorologist, Skymet Weather) says that due to clear sky and reduced pollution, the heat is increasing rapidly this time. The temperature which falls on the 18th to 20th has reached only 14. The warm air of central Pakistan is also increasing the temperature. In such a situation, summer can also set new records this time.
