New Delhi Fierce heat has begun in India. In many cities, the temperature has crossed 46 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department will not get relief from the heat. It has also been asked not to leave in the afternoon. The heat will be extremely fast for the next few days. In Indian astrology, this time is called ‘Nautapa’. Nautapa means the 9 days when the sun comes close to the earth and 9 days is the most hot. Nautpa has started from today i.e. 25 May and now there will be scorching heat for the next 9 days. Meteorologists predict that temperatures may even cross 48 degrees in the coming days. In astrology, Nautapa is associated with a change in the position of the Sun and other constellations.
According to astrology, the entry of Rohini Nakshatra of the Sun is considered to be the beginning of the Nautapa and it begins to heat up as soon as it begins. From 25 May this year, Surya will enter Rohini Nakshatra and will stay in this Nakshat till 8 June. The first 9 days of this period is the hottest summer and for this reason it is called Nautapa.
According to the belief, the Sun enters the Rohini constellation at the same time with its circle. Its duration is 15 days. The first nine days are a terrible summer. Meteorologists are also speculating that the mercury of some areas may reach 48 degrees in the next two-three. Depending on the speed of the sun, there is a time of ‘naupata’, its connection to science is very direct.
According to astrology, once a year, Rohini Naakshan is eyeing the sun. It is said that during this time the distance between the Sun and the Earth decreases. It starts getting sunny and hot. There is a possibility of thunderstorms.
Understand the science behind ‘Nautapa’
The Tropic of Cancer passes through the middle of India. This imaginary line, cutting across eight states, is very important from the weather point of view. May-June is the time when the rays of Surat fall directly on this line. When it is sunny then it is natural to increase the heat. Apart from this, the angle between the sun and the earth is also responsible for the heat in India. It is decided on the basis of this angle that the intensity of sunlight will come to the earth.
