US military plane crashed, Taliban said – we killed
Kabul, Agencies. An American military plane has crashed in Ghazni province, located at the foothills of the Hindu Kush Mountains in Afghanistan. Most of the area of this province is controlled by the Taliban. The Taliban claim that it is they who killed this American aircraft. Arif Noori, a spokesman for the provincial governor, said that a plane crashed in De Yak district at around 1.10 pm.
Initially, it was reported that it was owned by Ariana Airlines of Afghanistan, but the airlines said that all its planes are safe. Photos and videos of the wreckage on social media revealed its Bombardier E-11 aircraft. American officials later admitted that his small military plane had crashed in which less than 10 people were on board.
While Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said that the aircraft was on an intelligence mission and it was shot down in the Sado Khel area. But he did not say how the plane was shot down. The Mujahid claimed that several top US Army officers were among those killed. But US officials, as well as senior Afghan defense officials, have denied the Taliban’s claims.
