US Elections 2020 US presidential Democrat candidate Joe Biden raised the fund for the upcoming US presidential election in November.

Washington, Pret. US presidential candidate Joe Biden, along with Indian MP Kamala Harris, raised $ 3.5 million (about Rs 26 crore) on Tuesday. The fund was raised for the US presidential election to be held in November. After Biden was elected to the post of President, Kamala is seen as a future Vice Presidential candidate from the Democratic Party. Kamala is currently a senator from California.

As part of the election campaign, Biden and Kamala’s team addressed supporters through virtual medium on Tuesday. Former US Vice President Biden praised Kamla’s political life during this period. Kamala, who was initially involved in competing for the presidential candidate from the Democratic Party, later decided to support Biden. In November’s presidential election, Biden will face Republican nominee and current President Donald Trump.
