While living at home, most of us are sitting in bed, sofa, dining table or central table. During this time it is not possible to keep your body in the right position. With the dining table, you can still be comfortable for a while, but working with a laptop on the central table can cause neck pain shortly after.
To avoid this, you should not bend your neck, rather keep some books, files etc. under the laptop and make it high. This will also make you easier to work and will not bother the pain.
