Panipat / Hisar, JNN. Black Fungus: Mucaramicosis i.e. Black Fungus in Haryana is continuously spreading its foot and cases are being reported from across the state. In Ambala, the eyes of two patients suffering from black fungus had to be removed. Apart from this, two of its patients have died in Sirsa. So far, 19 patients of black fungus have come to Agroha Medical College, Hisar. Earlier, a patient died of black fungus in Jhajjar.
The eyes of two patients admitted to Mullana Medical College and Hospital were taken out
Infection occurred in the eyes of two patients admitted to the Mullana Medical College and Hospital in Ambala so that their eyes had to be removed. The situation was such that there was a danger of going from the eye to the infected brain, due to which the doctors took this step. Among them, a female patient is 54-year-old Parvinder Kaur Mullana and she is a diabetic patient.
The other patient is Rajiv Narayan Singh of Patna, Bihar. His son is a doctor in this hospital. Rajiv was recently recovered from a Corona infection. It is noteworthy that this is the fourth case of fungus in Ambala. Earlier Ashwani of Shehzadpur was hit by black fungus and is undergoing treatment at Chandigarh PGI. Randhir Singh, who hails from the taxation of Ambala Cantt, was also hit by this infection. Randhir Singh underwent an operation at Ambala City Civil Hospital, after which he is fit.
“A woman from Mullana suffered from fungus. To prevent the fungus from not growing much, the eye has been removed after performing his operation. Their condition is stable after the operation. Similarly, another patient of Patna is also suffering from black fungus. He also had to remove the eye after performing the operation.
Two patients died in Sirsa
Meanwhile, two patients died of black fungus in the Sirsa district. One of them is the resident of Chaharwala village and the other one of Baruwali I. Health department officials have confirmed the deaths of infected patients. So far, nine patients of black fungus have been found in the district. So far three patients have died in the state due to black fungus. Earlier, an infected Jhajjar was killed.
The 45-year-old man of Baruwali I, a resident of the district, had an infection in his brain. He was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Sirsa. He was then operated in a hospital in Jaipur, Rajasthan. He died on Sunday. At the same time, the second person died of a resident of Chaharwala village. He also had an operation in Jaipur.
Another case of infection occurred
Dr. Sudeep Munjal, director of the private ENT hospital located on Hisar Road, Sirsa, said that another patient is prone to black fungus infection. The patient has been operated on on Monday. He has informed the patient to the Health Department.
Nine patients of black fungus have been found in the district. Two people have died due to infection. The headquarters has been informed about this.
