Trump government attacked China on the last day, also commented on India

Read Time:3 Minute, 36 Second

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said on Tuesday that China has massacred Vigar Muslims by suppressing them.

The newly elected President of America, who is going to become the foreign minister in Biden’s government, has also said that he agrees with this.

Human rights groups believe that China has kept millions of Weigar Muslims in surveillance camps for the last few years. The Chinese government calls these monitoring camps re-training camps.

According to the BBC’s investigation, Vigar Muslims have been forced to become bonded laborers. Tensions with China remained permanently under President Trump’s reign. Trade policies and the coronavirus epidemic played an important role at the center of these tensions.

Mike Pompeo has said in his statement, “I believe that this genocide of China is still going on.” We are seeing that the Chinese Communist Party government is destroying the Weigars in a planned manner. ”Pompeo said this on the last day of Trump administration. However, this statement is meant to put pressure on China and there will be no automatic penalty on it.

Trump’s government attacked China, When Antoine Blinken, who is going to be a foreign minister in the Biden government on Tuesday, was asked about Pompeo’s statement, he said that he also believes this. In August last year, Biden’s team accused China of a similar case in the Weigars case. Biden’s team said that the manner in which China’s autocratic government has suppressed the Vigars cannot be explained.

Mike Pompeo has also given a statement related to India. Pompeo tweeted, “Remember BRICS? Thanks to Jair Bolsonaro (President of Brazil) and Narendra Modi. Both B and I know that C and R are a threat to their people. ”

Remarks about India

Actually, BRICS is an organization of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. Pompeo has asked for B Brazil and I India. C China and R mean Russia has said that both countries are a threat to the people of B and I. However Pompeo has not said anything for South Africa.

In recent times, tensions are also on the rise in China and India. The army of the two countries is still facing to face in Ladakh and the status quo on the border has not been restored. It is also being said about Russia that the distance has increased in relations with India. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrop had said in December that western countries are making India an anti-China pawn.

Pressure on china

The Trump government has given this ‘gift’ to China on the very last day. This last blow has been given by the Trump administration on its way to China. Pompeo’s statement is the sternest commentary ever made on China’s action against the weighers in China’s northwestern Xinjiang. In this case, no country in the world has given such a strong statement. The EU, Britain, and Australia have also been aggressors over the human rights situation in Xinjiang.

This may prove to be important in putting unprecedented international pressure on China, but will this change the attitude of the Chinese government? Today, China is in a strong position and its economic growth rate is positive even in the midst of the epidemic, while America is facing many types of ups and downs.

There has been a strong objection from the representatives of the official media of China about this. China’s official media said that the US government has massacred American citizens due to their weakness in handling the epidemic. Four million people have died in the US so far due to the Covid-19 epidemic.

The distance from China to many countries including America has increased and still has not been normalized. The balance in human rights and economic interests regarding China has been badly affected.

However, the Biden team has also called the suppression of Vigar Muslims a genocide. But these things are not included in the priority of the Biden administration. But the new US government will also have to take concrete decisions in this matter. It is clear now that even after Trump leaves the White House, the policy of tit-for-tat in China and America is not going to stop.
