If you want to always be fit and healthy. 
Along with exercise and yoga, you will also have to focus on diet so that energy remains in the body. 
So know what to include for it here.

Not only during workouts, but also after that if you often feel a lack of energy. So this means lack of nutrition in the body. For this, catering can be done by including some things. So include the things given here in your diet. Which will increase immunity as well as energy.

Orange

Oranges contain adequate amounts of vitamin C, as well as phosphorus, minerals and fiber. All these are necessary for healthy body function. Its juice is the best source to increase energy level immediately.

Apple

Eating apples provides ample amounts of Cabras, natural sugar and fiber. All three are helpful in maintaining energy levels in the body. That’s why one apple must be eaten daily.

papaya

Enriched with enzymes, minerals and antioxidants, papaya increases energy as well as eyesight. This is a great fruit for stomach patients.

banana

Banana is a great energy booster. If you feel a decrease in energy and stamina after morning exercises, then eat a banana for breakfast every day.

Khasur 

Dates are a good source of natural sugar that gives instant energy to the body. It also contains good amounts of fiber, protein, calcium and vitamin C. It is also rich in iron.

Lemon

Lemon is a treasure house of vitamin-C. Vitamin-C helps the body in fighting all kinds of infections along with increasing the energy level. Therefore lemon must be consumed in any form.

Nuts

Nuts contain fiber, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients etc. They are also a good source of carbohydrates. So to maintain energy level, eat a handful of nuts during the day.
