In order to lose weight as soon as possible, we make any workout a part of our routine and even after several months, we are disappointed for not getting its result.

The increased weight brings not only the unshaped figure, but also many other health-related problems, due to which people sweat in the gym for hours. However, during this time, they also waste a lot of time on such exercises, which actually have no role in reducing the weight. See, you are not wasting your time on such exercises.

Triceps dumbbell kickback

A recent study conducted by the American Council of Exercise found that this exercise does not help you in weight loss, wherein you have to push the dumbbell back using your triceps strength. By this, just by keeping the elbow stable, the muscles of triceps develop because there is no use of core or shoulder strength. So it is like wasting time for weight loss. When bench dips like triceps-toning exercises can work on many issues simultaneously, why waste time on exercises that only work on one muscle. Not only this, there is also the fear of getting injury while doing it.

Electric trainer

If you stop your workout with an cordio session on an electrical trainer and your objective is to lose weight, then know that you are only wasting your time on this. According to a study done at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, these machines are less effective. This is good for low intensity exercise but not for weight loss. If you are fit and do not have any health issues that are at risk of any kind of injury, then there is no use of wasting time on it.

Deadlight

This exercise is used to pull heavy weight by using lower back muscles, hamstrings and core strength. But it can not bring your body into perfect shape by reducing your weight. Not only this, if you make a mistake while doing it, then it can also drain your months of hard work and you can have a serious problem from back to back. Unless you have been gyming for a long time and are not under training of a good trainer, it would be better if you do not try to do this exercise.
