Tibetan Meditation Meditation means to train your brain.
Practicing meditation will improve your mind.

New Delhi, Lifestyle Desk. Tibetan Meditation: Tibetan Meditation emphasizes the connection between mind, behavior and body. When you try to sit quietly and try to concentrate on one side only then your mind starts to run around. Tibetan Meditation is designed to calm your runaway mind and help it become a tool that you can use to make your life healthy and happy.

Meditation means training your mental muscles. Practicing meditation will improve your mind. This style of meditation not only enhances peace in you, but also in nature. The Tibetan Meditation is not only limited to the balance between mind and body, it also works towards creating harmony in the environment.

How to Tibetan Meditation

Clear the mind

Before starting the meditation process, remove everything from your mind. Get all the selfish thoughts out of your mind. Then sit comfortably so that you can just focus yourself on the process of meditation.

Focus on anything

Now take any one thing to focus on. Most people who follow the Tibetan Meditation focus on the Buddhist statue. Focus on it until you can hear the surrounding noise completely.

Close your eyes and concentrate

Now close your eyes and visualize the object in your mind. In this way your mind will be fully focused. You may not be able to fully visualize the object in the first attempt. However, with practice and time, your mind will be ready.

Focus on breath

When your mind is fixed and all other thoughts are out of your mind and you are only in meditation then you can take the next step. Start paying attention to your breathing. Think of yourself as the link between nature and humanity. Try to associate yourself with nature with every breath. However, the important thing to remember in this technique is that you are not doing this for your own benefit.
