Terrorist attack in Cairo: India condemns, warns international fraternity

India has strongly condemned the terrorist attack in Cairo, Egypt’s capital, on Wednesday. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has said that India strongly condemns the terrorist attack in Cairo on August 5, 2019. India expresses its deepest condolences to the bereaved families of those killed in the attack. We wish those injured in this incident an early health benefit. On this occasion, the Ministry of External Affairs said that the international fraternity must now become vigilant and together must take action against terrorism.  

Please tell that on August 5, 20 people were killed in a terrorist incident in Cairo. The Foreign Ministry said that India stands in solidarity with the government of Egypt and the people of the Arab Republic in the fight against terrorism. Explain that an explosive-laden car collided with three vehicles outside the National Cancer Institute in Cairo. In this incident 20 people died, around 40 people were injured. The attack has been attributed by the local Islamic terrorist organization Hasm group.
