This company will now replace OPPO, the mobile maker, on the Indian team’s jersey. This company will be the official sponsor of the Indian team from 5 September 2019 to 31 March 2022.
BYJU’S will now appear on the Indian team’s jersey from the domestic series against South Africa in September. BCCI CEO Rahul Johri announced that BYJU’s will be the official main sponsor of the Indian team, “I thank the OPPO on behalf of the BCCI for being associated with the Indian team. I congratulate BYJU’S on becoming the new sponsor of the Indian team. The BCCI and the BYJU will work together to take Indian cricket forward. ‘
A BCCI official said that in this deal, the BCCI will get the same amount as the OPPO company was giving. There is no loss in it. These deals will last till March 31, 2022. It is worth mentioning that BYJU’S was founded by Kerala entrepreneur Byju Ravindran, whose present value is Rs. 38 thousand crores.

The OPPO logo will be on the Indian team’s jersey until the West Indies tour. The West Indies tour will begin on August 3 and end on September 2. South Africa will tour India from September 15, and with this series, the logo of the host team will change on the jersey.
