People of India, especially women, are facing the most problem related to health these days, obesity and sugar i.e. diabetes disease. But there is no need to be upset by this because recently AIIMS and Diabetes Foundation of India have suggested a way to avoid these two problems. A joint research conducted by AIIMS and DFI has revealed that if pre-diabetic women consume the right amount of vitamin D, then they can control both their obesity and sugar. And the best source of vitamin D is sunlight. This is the reason why Vitamin D is also known as Sunshine Vitamin. In such a situation, if you are in the sun at the right time every day, then problems like obesity, sugar and depression can be easily overcome.
Researchers in vitamin D control glucose levels include women aged between 20 and 60 who were pre-diabetic in their research. The weight of these women was also more than normal. Researchers found that during the research, diabetic women who were given vitamin D supplements along with regular treatment continued to control blood sugar and glucose levels, whereas women who were not given vitamin D had a placebo sample. But they were showing increasing levels of diabetes.
Fat decreases vitamin D.
The special thing of this research is that not only the glucose level of these women came around normal with vitamin D supplements but also their body fat was reduced significantly. According to scientists, daily intake of calcium and vitamin D supplements has its effect on hunger and reduces hunger. It is obvious that hunger will be less and if you eat less then there will be weight loss and fat and obesity will also be reduced. Not only this, the intake of vitamin D supplements also reduces the risk of heart related diseases in overweight people.
Vitamin D is less than Depression According to
research, vitamin D also helps in regulating your mood and relieving depression. It has also been proved in a study that if people suffering from depression are given vitamin D supplements, then there is a lot of improvement in their symptoms of depression. Not only this, people who lack vitamin D also have more symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Common problem is vitamin D deficiency
Vitamin D deficiency is a common problem for many people. Not only in India, but due to lack of vitamin D worldwide, many problems are emerging as health related problems. With respect to India, it is believed that there is sufficient amount of sunshine and almost all year round, in such a way, there is a significant amount of vitamin D among Indians. But the research in this regard tells something else.
Increased belly fat is also a reason
According to the author of this study and Dr. Anoop Mishra, chairman of Fortis Hospital, different studies have revealed that the lack of vitamin D is widespread in Indians and the main reason for increased belly fat. According to experts, this research is also very important because it not only reveals the damage done to the body due to vitamin D deficiency, but also know how to maintain body glucose to avoid sugar related problems. A big reason for women to take care of the house
