Take these exercises to keep yourself fit and relaxed during work from home

Working from sitting continuously in work from home causes pain in back knees, wrists and shoulders. 
So to overcome this you can take help of these exercises.

Regular exercise is necessary for fitness. During work from home, it is sometimes not possible to exercise at the appointed time. In such a situation, this can be done by taking short breaks during work. This will help keep yourself fit and relaxed.

back pain

Working in the same posture for a long time causes backache. This exercise will relieve pain.

How to do:  First of all hold yourself with your hands as if you are hugging. Then place your opposite hand directly on the shoulder and straight hand on the inverted shoulder. Take a deep breath that feels back. Stay in this state for half a minute. Slowly bring the arms back to the old position.

wrist pain

Working on the computer for a long time causes wrist pain. Wrist pain can be relieved by this exercise.

How to do: With both palms clenched, close your fist. Then spread both fists in front and rotate both wrists 10 times right and ten times left. The pain will disappear.

Shoulder pain

Try these simple stretch exercises for shoulder pain relief. These can be done anytime, anywhere.

How to: Take a deep breath while shrinking the shoulders towards the ears. Remain in this position for a few seconds. Exhaling slowly, exhale slowly. Do this ten times.

Knee pain

Knees ache due to sitting on the chair by hanging legs continuously. This simple stretch exercise can relieve minor knee pain. This requires standing for a while during work.

How to: Sit in a chair with the front facing straight. The feet are held on the ground. Stand slowly and walk slowly with straight steps. After walking a few steps, stand for five seconds. Then slowly return and sit again. Do this exercise 10 times daily.

Stress will go away

When you feel stressed in the middle of work, then use laughter yoga, because laughing is a complete exercise.

How to: Move your hands towards the sky. Then take a deep breath through your nose. After that, bring the hands towards the earth and exhale through the mouth. Then take a deep breath. After a few seconds of breath stop laughing.
