Symptoms of Somatoform Effect

• Increase mental activities along with physical.
• Spend time doing the things you love.
• Work is important but don’t be too stressed about it.
• Do meditation. There are videos of meditation on YouTube, watch them and practice.
• After consulting the doctor, if medicines are prescribed, then take them.
