Many people go hard dieting to reduce obesity by starving themselves. Due to which their body is not able to get the complete nutritional elements. But the body needs healthy fat and protein, so that it can control blood sugar. When the glucose level in the body deteriorates, you start craving to eat chocolate or sweets.
