New Delhi Work from home and the current upheaval have affected sleep. Recent studies confirm this. Sleep is very important for you. It helps to keep the body and mind fit. Famous neurologist Christopher Winter says that when you do not get enough sleep, your brain does not function properly. He says that it has a direct impact on your relationship from work to work. That is why proper sleep is very important. Gold is a state of unconsciousness. Constantly used muscles and joints recover during sleep, blood pressure and heart rate are controlled. During this time the growth hormone secretion takes place in the body. In sleep itself, the brain works to collect everyday information. Not getting enough sleep causes many diseases. Immunity is also affected by lack of sleep.

Diminishing control over emotions

Do you sometimes feel restless at night or a lot of thought in your mind start to flare together. It results from lack of sleep. Winter says Amadegla does not work properly due to poor sleep. In such a situation, Amdegla emits more and fewer neurotransmitters. Because of this, you start overreacting in things and do not appreciate the feelings of others. A study in 2013 had revealed that depression and stress problems are caused by disturbances of the MDGLA activity due to poor sleep.

Sleep medicine expert Jenifer Martin says that when we are sleepy, we react to unnecessary things. In such a situation the possibility of conflict and tension in the relationship increases. Martin says that you must have noticed that if a child is not able to sleep, then he starts feeling irritable. Some studies show that people who are unhappy and in depression do not get enough sleep. Therefore, for the betterment of the relationship, it is important to have long, serious conversations on the day or time when you are married. In that case we can take the right and effective decision.

Affects health

Getting less sleep also affects your health. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention says that because of this you complain of diabetes, obesity, heart disease and depression. If you do not improve your health, you will not be happy, which has a direct effect on relationships.

Different sleep schedule also affects the relationship

If your shift changes frequently or is different then it becomes a challenge for your health, sleep and relationships. Martin says that in such a situation, it is very important to have a conversation with the partner on the day you get a break. Not only this, make your time management and sleep schedule so that you can find time for each other. Not only this, you respect your and partner’s sleep. So it is very important that if your schedule is different, then you give time to your partner instead of spending time on mobile at night.

get plenty of sleep

– Drink limited amounts of coffee, tea, cola, chocolate. Nicotine, alcohol and caffeine disrupt your sleep.

– Give your mind and body time to relax.
