Sevai – 2 cups, Sago – 1 cup, Raisins – 1 tsp, Cashew – 2 tsp, Almond – 2 tsp, Sugar – 1 tbsp, Cardamom powder – 1 tsp, Ghee – 3 tbsp
Method :
First heat a tablespoon ghee in a pan.
When the ghee is hot, add vermicelli, sago, raisins, cashews, almonds and pistachios and fry it well on medium flame till the vermicelli turns brown.
After this, pour it in the grinder and add sugar and cardamom powder and grind it finely.
Then take out this mixture in a mixing bowl and mix 2 tablespoons ghee in the mixer and mix it well.
Then make laddus in lemon shape with hands and serve.
