The place where the mosque was till now has been decided to build a dam, due to which this mosque was shifted.
The way the mosque was started to shift was a matter of awareness for others. This mosque was not shifted to some distance but rather the parts of the mosque weighing tens were shifted on a 300-wheeled cart. Special preparations were made to shift it, after which it could be moved to a new place.
The dam was being hindered in construction
The administration is looking at building a dam ILISU. The 610-year-old mosque is coming in the way of construction of this mosque, which was preserved until now as a heritage. According to the news, along with the construction of the dam, the priority of the administration was also to save the Iyubi Mosque. This mosque is located in Hasancaif. Let me tell you, in the year 2017, a new safe place was created for this mosque, where it has now been delivered in 3 parts. At the same time, its dome-shaped part named Zeynel Bey Shrine was already transported to the new place.
The mosque was shifted by dividing it into three parts
The administration first considered all options to remove this mosque from there, after that it was agreed that it should be separated first and then replaced with another place. This was agreed upon and then work was done for it. The wall of the heritage, which had been preserved for years with the help of skilled workers, was then broken. It was separated from the lower part of the ground and the 2500-ton mosque was re-installed at a distance of three kilometers on wheels through a three-part robot transport. This 15th-century mosque had not just one but three pieces, two of which have already been shifted, weighing about 4,600 tons.
The ancient mosque could be submerged due to dam
The dam was likely to be submerged due to dam construction and was being looked after for years as a safe heritage. Along with development work, the government and administration found a way to save the mosque as well. Officials associated with the dam construction plan said that some parts of the historic Hasancaif town would be submerged soon due to the powerful flow of water, but they were successful in shifting the mosque to the park with historic buildings.
How Shift Mosque
A EUB mosque (Eyyubi Mosque) in the town of 610-year-old Hasankef was transported from one place to another at New Culture Park Field by car. The mosque weighed around 2,500 tonnes (about 23 lakh kg), now the problem was how to move the mosque to such a heavy place, after which a robotic cart with 300 wheels was arranged for it. Around 6,000 caves containing the remains of the prayer place of Christians and Muslims are also present at this place of this mosque.
