New Delhi After the rising cases of the corona epidemic in the capital, the Delhi government directorate of education has directed all schools not to call students up to class VIII. The directorate issued a circular to the principals of all government, aided and private schools, asking that students up to class VIII in the academic session 2021-22 not to call the school next.

Only students from class ninth to 12 will be able to come to school

According to the senior officer of the directorate, all the academic activities of the students from this academic session up to class VIII will be conducted through online mode only. At the same time, the directorate has approved the schools to call only the students of class IX to XII.

Students in school will have to follow the rescue from Corona Mahamari

Schools must comply with all Corona epidemic prevention rules to call students. At the same time, students from ninth to 12th can come to school only after the approval of parents for the work related to practical examinations, mid-term examinations, annual examinations, board examinations, project work, and internal assessment. It is noteworthy that the directorate had instructed all schools to start classes for the academic session 2021-22 from 1 April. Now, these classes will be conducted online mode till further orders.

Vaccination started in IIT Delhi

Here, the vaccination of corona started at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. IIT Director Prof. Ram Gopal Rao said that 110 IIT officials got vaccinated on the first day. Vaccination began at twelve in the afternoon. IIT officials said that a counter has been erected on behalf of the South Delhi District Magistrate’s Office in the premises, where vaccination is being done. Here, IIT employees as well as people who are registered through the Kovin web portal are also being vaccinated.
