SBI’s branch will now work for so long the bank alerts the customers

There is good news for Bank Grahak. The country’s largest State Bank of India has changed its timing i.e. the time of closure of the bank. Now all branches of SBI will work from 10 am to 4 pm. Let us tell you that Coronavirus infection has also affected the functioning of banks. Therefore, the State Level Bankers’ Committee, an organization of banks, issued a circular and directed to reduce the working hours and cut the staff.

After talking to the State Level Bankers’ Committee, SBI tweeted – Now our branches across the country will be open from 10 am to 4 pm. Earlier it was working till 2 pm.

No entry without mask

If you are going to the bank, then you must wear a face mask before entering the branch. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to enter the bank.

SBI Phone Bank Service

SBI is also providing phone banking facilities during the Corona period. For this, you have to register first. After that, you will have to create a password. The customers can then avail the services over the phone from the contact center.

How to get bank related information

All the information related to your account can be found on SBI Phone Banking. Apart from this, complete details of balance and transactions will also be available. Along with this, you can also ask for the bank statement of the last 6 months by post or email.
