The special thing of the film is that for the first time in this film, the name of the heroine is like the hero and the name of the hero is like the heroine. In the film, Parineeti Chopra’s name is Sandeep, while Arjun Kapoor is seen in Pinky’s role. The story of this social thriller film focuses on the circumstances of Parineeti and Arjun Kapoor.

Film director Dibakar Banerjee has avoided a more dramatic presentation in this film. The film’s story moves forward in a very fine and meaningful way. However, Dibakar Banerjee has worked hard under the direction of ‘Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar’, generally different from Bollywood films.

Introduced characters from a different perspective

An attempt has been made to present the characters of the film from a different perspective. In which social status, rights, urban and rural background were shown. Pinky is suspended from Haryana Police, she needs her job back. At the behest of his senior Tyagi (Jaideep Ahlawat), he is about to take Sandy to the place where he was told that he suddenly gets attacked.

Pinky understands that this attack was going to be on Sandy. After this, Pinky takes Sandi to Pithoragarh, located near Indo-Nepal, from where both of them plan to go to Nepal.

Parineeti Chopra’s better performance

In this film, Parineeti Chopra has tried her best to act seriously and she has done better in some scenes of the film. But in spite of all this, the film does not bind the audience with its thrilling story.
Apart from Parineeti Chopra and Arjun Kapoor in the lead roles in the film, Jaideep Ahlawat, Neena Gupta and Raghuveer Yadav are also in important roles. In the film, Neena Gupta and Raghuveer Yadav have played a brilliant role of a middle class couple.

Try something different

Dibakar Banerjee, who directed films like Khonsla’s Nest, Oy Lucky-Lucky Oy, tried to do something different in this film too. In Sandeep and Pinky Faraar too, Dibakar Banerjee wanted to do something different, in which he was successful to a certain extent but due to deviation, the film could not manage to tie the audience.
