When he threw a kebab at the wall during filming, that’s when I thought, ‘Wow, this is mad. Should I be tolerating this?’” she said.

Sacha also accused Ross of resorting to name-calling during their relationship, with some of his insults being too offensive to air on television. She shared, “He’d jump straight to the names. Some couldn’t be aired, they were so bad. He once called me a ‘little f—ing sket’ – that’s the text he showed Amy Kenyon on camera.”

After the experiment ended, Sacha claimed that Ross’s behavior worsened. She described their relationship as being “on and off,” with Ross frequently flipping between wanting to break up and trying to rekindle things. “He’d want to split, get back together… it was like a light switch,” she explained.

She further shared that despite the difficulties, she had no regrets about her experience on the show. “I may now be divorced, but I’ll never look back on my experience as a negative one and act like it didn’t happen,” Sacha continued. However, she admitted that her time living with Ross in Walsall was the “unhappiest” period of her life. “I truly lost myself and friends said I was a shell of who I once was,” she revealed. Despite this, she said, “I did truly love him and wanted things to work out, so I’d probably just kept going until there was nothing left of me.”

In a final note, Sacha mentioned that although she had suffered, part of her would always want to protect Ross, even if that sentiment wasn’t returned. “There’s so much more to my story, BUT a part of me will always want to protect Ross.
