There are 1425 peasants in the list, who occupy 15653 kanals of land in Bhalwal tehsil of Jammu. Similarly, in the northern part of Jammu, 664 beneficiaries have occupied 2835 kanals of government land. The name has been included in the list of 88 people in Jammu West who have held 514 kanals of land.

As far as the Kashmir Valley is concerned, a list of 623 beneficiaries has been released. These include 288 district Srinagar, 133 Baramulla, 78 from Bandipora district and 20 beneficiaries each from Kupwara and Ganderbal districts. There are 13 beneficiaries from Anantnag and Kulgam districts of South Kashmir and seven from Shopian. Contractor Tipu Sultan from Ganderbal district is also named. The administration has issued this list under the instructions given by the Jammu and Kashmir High Court on October 9.
