‘Remove China Apps’ became popular, downloaded more than 1 million times
New Delhi, Tech Desk. A digital campaign has started against China. An app named ‘Remove China App’ has become popular on the Google Play Store. Within just two weeks of launch, this app has been downloaded more than 1 million, ie 1 million times. It is being claimed that through this app, information about the apps of Chinese companies is available. Its interface is very user friendly and easy. After downloading and installing this app, it will scan the apps in your smartphone and tell which app belongs to Chinese companies.
‘Remove China App’ is listed on Google Play Store on 17 May last month. This app has been designed by OneTouch Apps Labs. Giving information about this app on the Play Store, the company has written that this app has been designed for educational purpose which only tells in which country an app has been made. We do not promote people to uninstall an app. It has been further written that information about the origins of any app will be given on the basis of market research. We cannot guarantee that if the information is correct or incorrect, then users can take any decision according to their own.
Let me tell you that a video of Sonam Wangchuk has surfaced in the past, in which she has urged people to boycott Chinese product. In this video, this request has been made to break China’s back. Since the insistence of Sonam Wangchuk, the number of people downloading this app has increased rapidly and on seeing it, it has reached number two in the category of top free apps on the Google Play Store. This app has been launched as an anti-China movement last month. If there is no Chinese app installed on your smartphone or device, then it prompts the message- “You are awesome, No China app found in your system”. However, there is a doubt about the company that makes this app. The privacy policy does not reveal the company openly.
