Rain Becomes Trouble In Mumbai, Alert Continues in Uttarakhand, UP, Madhya Pradesh

At the same time, the seventh low pressure area in the Bay of Bengal is once again creating conditions of heavy rain in other parts of the country. In view of this, the Meteorological Department has issued heavy rain warnings in East and Western Rajasthan, East and West Madhya Pradesh and Odisha on Wednesday.
Apart from this, heavy rains have also been forecast in some areas of Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Saurashtra and Kutch.
The All India Weather Bulletin issued by the Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in Gujarat, coastal Karnataka, Konkan, Goa, Andaman and Nicobar, Telangana, southern Karnataka and some areas of Kerala. Southwest Arabian Sea and Central-South Bay of Bengal will be moving at a speed of 40 to 50 km per hour.
With this, fishermen from the Odisha-West Bengal coasts, North Andaman Sea areas have been advised not to venture into the sea for the next few days.
According to Ski Mate, a private weather agency, the area of low pressure has moved closer to Central India. Also, the monsoon trough is also passing through Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. This system will continue to move in northwest direction due to which moderate to heavy rains may occur in many parts of Madhya Pradesh as well as Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha region of Maharashtra.
Areas of Central India can experience strong showers in many cities including Nagpur, Gondia, Jabalpur Hoshangabad, Baroda, Surat, Mumbai, Ratnagiri and Udaipur. Apart from this, light rain may occur at some places in Odisha, Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim in East India and light rain at some places.
