In Telangana, the police have caught a fraudulent groom who used to trick the girls on the pretext of marriage and recover money from them by becoming a military major. The fraudster named Mudavath Srinu Naik recovered 17.6 million rupees from him and his family by implicating 17 girls. Everything from this man who pretended to get married was fake. Through these, he started trapping girls for marriage. He also rented a room in Hyderabad, which he described as his army office. 56 lakhs were cheated by the secretariat officer
In one case, this fake major had taken Rs 56 lakh from the officer working in the state secretariat of Telangana. These officers were caught in the trap of this fraudster while searching for a worthy groom for his daughter studying in medical. Similarly, Mudavath had cheated Rs 2 crore from a family in Warangal district. She also cheated some girls by calling themselves IIT passouts from Gorakhpur. On Saturday, the police nabbed him while he was trying to recover money from another family by cheating him. A case of fraud has been registered against him at Jawahar Nagar police station.
Mercedes Benz used to run by car
Police have found a two-storey house and three cars of Mudavath in Hyderabad. The recovered cars also have a Mercedes Benz. He often roamed the car to make an impact. Apart from this, three uniforms, badges, fake identity cards, some fake certificates, a fake pistol and three cartridges have also been recovered from him. A case is also registered against Mudavath in Warangal.
