Although the amount of all nutrition in the body works to keep you healthy, but certain vitamins play an important role in it, one of which is vitamin D.

Research is being done all over the world about corona infection. Some similar research has revealed that vitamin D can prove to be very effective in preventing the corona virus. Scientists at Trinity College Dublin believe that vitamin D can help the immune system fight SARS-COV-22 by many means. This study is published by the Irish Medical Journal. Vitamin D deficiency is one of the possible causes of Corona’s death rate in various countries, according to a Lasette paper. However, experts also say that more research is needed on this subject. 

Vitamin D is an immunity booster

Vitamin D strengthens our immunity system. Which reduces the risk of blood cell breakdown. Blood cell breakdown causes diseases. Taking too much of vitamin D is dangerous. Because of this there can be a risk of higher vitminosis, which can cause diarrhea. Vitamin D dose should be taken with doctor’s advice.

Symptoms of vitamin d deficiency

Being depressed, gaining weight, getting infected again and again, feeling overweight, not healing the wound easily, bone diseases, hair loss, head sweating, digestive problems.

Increase Vitamin D in this way

1. Sit in the sun for 30 minutes every morning.

2. Eat fish, egg, milk and curd etc.

3. Take vitamin D-3 capsules or powder.

Know these things

– Vitamin deficiency in 90% of Indians

– 4 to 5 nano grams of vitamin D should be in the body

– There is only 1 to 3 nano grams of vitamin D in the body of most Indians

Diet rich in vitamin D

1. Cow milk

2. Yogurt

3. Orange

4. Oatmeal

5. Bread

6. Mushroom

7. Egg Yolk

8. Fatty Fish

By taking equal amounts of all these things, there is no deficiency of vitamin D in the body.
