Pentagon releases video of operation against Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi
New Delhi: A video has been released by the US Department of Defense showing how the US Army commando team surrounded the hideout of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the head of the terrorist organization Islamic State (IS).
However, this video is only for 10 seconds and it can be seen only that the commandos are moving towards Baghdadi’s hideout. It seems that these pictures were taken from a drone.
Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was the most wanted terrorist in the world since al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden. He died in special operations against him in North-West Syria overnight (last Saturday).
He was guilty of proclaiming the so-called ‘caliphate’ in Iraq and Syria and bloodshed in the name of holy war around the world. The head of the terrorist organization Islamic State (IS) was 48 years old at the time of his death, he killed thousands of civilians in the name of religion.
Through brutal punishments, the terrorist organization IS imposed its rule in the region, which was based on medieval customs inspired by early interpretations of Islam.
Terrorist Baghdadi’s reign will be remembered especially for the barbaric methods, including professional videos of war, horrors, tortures and executions.
