The petition of Vinay Kumar Sharma, one of the four convicts sentenced to death in the Nirbhaya case, will be heard in the Supreme Court on Thursday in which it has challenged the President’s dismissal of the mercy petition.

Explain that the mercy plea of ​​convict Vinay Sharma has been rejected by President Ramnath Kovind and he has reached the Supreme Court door against this decision and in the hope of relief from hanging. In the petition, Vinay requested a review of the President’s decision. Vinay argues that politics has been done in his case, which could not relieve him. He has stated in the petition in question that the advice sent to the President is prone to bias and prejudice. Apart from Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in the petition, the statements of Union Minister Prakash Javadekar have also been made the basis. It has been argued that all this happened due to political statements and it is a violation of its rights. 

At the same time, the petition for issuing the death warrant was heard in the Patiala House Court in Delhi on Wednesday. During the hearing, Nirbhaya’s mother folded her hands in the court and said that injustice should not be done to her. She is running from one court to another, but justice is not being done. He folded his hands and demanded a death warrant against the culprits. At the same time, when the hearing was postponed, Nirbhaya’s mother and an NGO shouted slogans outside the court premises and asked for justice.
