The new feature of Netflix will be known as Screen Turnoff. After the introduction of this new feature, Netflix users will be able to enjoy more movies and web series with less internet data. Simply put, Netflix will listen to shows and movies like radio. For this, users will be given the option of screen turn off. The company believes that using the screen turn offer feature, Netflix users will be able to listen to the web series even while doing daily work.

The new feature of Netflix has been spotted by XDA developers, which is currently in the under-development stage. In this case, not much information is available about it. But after successful development and testing of the screen turnoff feature, it can be implemented in a phased manner. The new feature of Netflix can prove to be quite beneficial for multitasking Android users. Also, people with less data consumption in countries like India will also be able to use it well. 

Netflix will launch StreamFest service

The launch of the StreamFest service in India has been announced by the OTT platform Netflix. Under this service, all users will be able to watch Netflix shows and movies for free for two days. Also, users will not have to file a payment detail for a 30-day free Netflix trial. The company believes that such a service will help more people in India to connect to the subscription model of Netflix.
