Kathmandu, ANI The floods in India’s neighboring country of Nepal have caused a terrible catastrophe. Flood and landslide in Nepal have made the situation worse by the continuous rains.

Due to the floods and landslides following rain, the number of deaths has increased to 65. At least 38 people were injured in this flood. 30 people have been missing since the flood, which is being searched for. 22 districts have been affected by floods in Nepal So far, 1146 people have been rescued from flood-affected areas.

The Meteorological Department has forecast rain in two parts of the country for two to three days. Due to the flood, traffic on many main highways is stalled. Most of the country’s areas are submerged. Water has swept over two and a half thousand homes. About 1,500 families have been taken to a safer place.

The floods in most parts of Nepal are flooded. At the moment, rescue teams are engaged in relief and rescue operations. For which 27,380 policemen have been deployed across the country. Similarly, about 8,856 personnel have been deployed in Kathmandu Valley.

The traffic is badly affected. The movement of people on all major highways is interrupted. It is estimated that about 6000 people were badly affected by floodwater. Their homes are flooded.

A senior official of the Home Ministry said that the work related to relief operations has been increased. Officials informed that the information of people killed in different districts including Lalitpur, Kavera, Kotang, Bhojpur, and Mankanpur was reported.
