National Girl Child Day 2020: It will take 257 years to bring daughters equal to everyone

Read Time:1 Minute, 56 Second

On National Girl Child Day, there are talks of advancing daughters on the one hand and on the other hand, the number of crimes related to women is continuously increasing. When daughters will not survive, how will they proceed? The sex ratio is still longing for equity. Even in adverse conditions, our girls are eager to earn a name in every field. Recently, if 12 boys were involved in the National Bravery Award, then 10 girls also included themselves.

So is celebrated

Today is celebrated as National Girl Child Day due to the awareness of the declining sex ratio of girls. Since 2008, this day is now celebrated by the government as the National Mission for Development of Girls for the awareness of society and their awareness of their powers.

There is also an incident related to this that on this day Indira Gandhi was sitting in the Prime Minister’s chair for the first time. That is why they are remembered even today.

Way to celebrate

The country celebrates this day differently. There are government events and social organizations do their programs. On this day, campaigns are run from place to place in the name of Save Girl Child.

Different theme every year

States celebrate National Girl Child Day on different themes. According to the state’s situation and needs, the government decides the subject and organizes it.

Focus on these points

The different mentality towards daughters in the country has challenged the confidence of the girls as well as the society itself. The feeling of insecurity and discomfort has gone home in his mind. Due to this, awareness campaigns are organized in society on issues like their existence, education, health, development, security on this day.
