Summer brings many troubles with you, but soon after that, there is a constant risk of monsoon, which you have to focus on your diet to stay alive. In such a season, about four servings of fruits and vegetables and three servings of fat-free and low-fat dairy products should be consumed. Many low-calorie fruits are found in this season, which contain adequate amounts of fiber, calcium and important nutrients.

Yogurt or yogurt

Curd is a great coolant. Curd, buttermilk, lassi, raita..is necessary in any form. It can work a perfect meal with vegetables, so it can be a good dessert with fruits. Eat low-fat yogurt daily. It will cool the body and give the skin freedom from stains.

Green Vegetables & Fruits

Green vegetables should be consumed in summer. Because they contain plenty of water. Avoid overcooking them so that the water in them is not destroyed. In this season, eat all fruits and vegetables like gourd or ghee, luffa, tinda, cucumber, cucumber, pumpkin, tomato, okra, melon, watermelon and stay healthy.

The king of fruits is the favorite summer fruit of mango. If you want to avoid heat stroke then make mango panna which is also a good source of antioxidants. It contains a lot of Vitamin A. Although common in diabetes and some other diseases can cause harm.

Cold soup

Be sure to include a cold soup of fresh vegetables in your diet. It provides essential nutrients. This treasure of Vitamins and Minerals also gives a lot of energy to the body.
