Liver Cure: If you want to keep your liver fine, then include these things in your diet and stay healthy.

Food and drinks only make our liver fatty, so take a balance diet.

New Delhi, Lifestyle Desk. Our lifestyle has become such that we eat only to fill and taste. We have ignored the nutritious elements in food, and have added rust food in our diet. The maximum effect of our food is seen on our liver. Many times the level of fat in our body increases so much that our liver becomes fatty.

You know what fatty liver is? Excess of some amount of fat in the liver is normal, but when the amount of fat exceeds the weight of the liver, then your liver becomes fatty. In such a condition the liver stops functioning normally and many symptoms start appearing in your body.

Symptoms of fatty liver:

  • Non-digestion of food, causing acidity
  • Pain in the upper abdomen
  • Loss of weight
  • Feeling weakness
  • Yellowing of eyes and skin
  • Stomach bloating

If you are also feeling such symptoms in yourself, then we suggest you to improve your food and drink first. Your food and drink is responsible for your fatty liver. Let us know how you can plan your diet when the liver is fatty.

Include fruits and vegetables in the diet.

  • Eat a diet rich in fiber, such as legumes and whole grains.
  • Stop using excess salt, transfats, refined carbohydrates and white sugar.
  • Do not consume alcohol or alcohol at all.
  • Include garlic in the diet, it prevents fat accumulation.
  • Eat green tea. According to research, it reduces fat deposits in the liver and improves liver function.
  • Avoid fried and roasted food.
  • Use more of these vegetables like spinach, broccoli, bitter gourd, gourd, tinda, zucchini, carrots, beetroot, onion, ginger and sprouted grains.
  • Rajma, white gram, black lentils should be consumed very low and green moong dal and masoor dal should be consumed.
  • Butter, mayonnaise, chips, cakes, pizzas, sweets, sugar should not be used at all.
  • Do Pranayam regularly and go for a walk in the morning.
