LIVE Delhi-UP border traffic: Checking of vehicles on Delhi-Noida-Ghaziabad border, know who has got a relief

New Delhi, Jagran Correspondent / Agency. Coronavirus LockDown: The Delhi Police as well as the Noida and Ghaziabad Police have taken over the morrow  from Wednesday morning on the Delhi-UP border to ensure strict lockdown. After examining all the vehicles and people, the police are letting them go from Delhi to UP only after passing or giving valid reasons.

  • Gurmukh Singh, posted as a sub-inspector in Noida, says that those who are nearby for supplies or other work are being let go. Apart from this, doctors and sanitation workers are being allowed to go to Delhi from UP. 
  • At the same time, Asia’s biggest market, Azadpur mandi, is jammed for the second consecutive day. Hundreds of vehicles are stuck in jams. At the same time, how is the traffic police present there trying to smooth the traffic. Due to this jam, the rules of physical distance were also seen broken many times.
  • Earlier on Tuesday, during the strict observance of the lockdown, there was a huge jam on the Delhi-Uttar Pradesh border due to the queue of vehicles. In such a situation, people of doctors and other government departments had to face trouble to supply the essential goods.
  • Please tell that on Tuesday morning, traffic jam problem has arisen due to investigation by putting barricading in place. The administration issued a separate pass to move from one place to another in the lockdown. Police personnel were examining near the vehicle by putting barricades on the border.
  • At the same time, the same vehicle was being sent across the border with the vehicle nearby. The policeman, who was not nearby, was returning the vehicle.
  • At the same time, due to the investigation of each vehicle, there were long queues of vehicles on the road, due to which long queues of trains kept people stuck in the jam. Violations of physical distance were seen directly due to jam on the road.
  • Seeing the worsening of the situation, the police administration removed the barricade without checking the vehicles and opened the way for the vehicles. Half a kilometer of the jam was over as soon as the barricade was removed from the border.
