New Delhi Delhi Election 2020 LIVE: In view of the Delhi Assembly elections on Tuesday, more than a dozen veteran leaders including PM Modi, Union Ministers Amit Shah, Rahul Gandhi-Priyanka Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal will seek votes for the candidates through rally, public meeting and road show.
Delhi Election 2020 LIVE:
- PM Modi will address the rally in Delhi’s Dwarka area.
- Congress General Secretary and senior leader (Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra) and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will address public meetings in Jangpura and Sangam Vihar.
- Senior Congress leader and former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh (former Prime Minister and senior Congress leader Dr. Manmohan Singh) will address the public meeting at Rajouri Garden on Tuesday.
- Union Home Minister Amit Shah will address rallies in Patel Nagar and Timarpur along with Delhi Cantt area.
- The Aam Aadmi Party has received a major setback on Monday, the son of the AAP MLA from Kalkaji has joined the Congress party.
- Voting for all 70 seats is to be held on February 8 under the Delhi Assembly elections and counting of votes on February 11.
- In Delhi, the BJP is in the fray in alliance with its allies Lok Janshakti Party and Janata Dal United and in alliance with the ally Rashtriya Janata Dal in Bihar.
- This is the first time in the history of Delhi Vidhan Sabha elections, when the Congress is contesting elections in alliance with a party.
