The posture of this yoga is similar to that of Baddkonasana. 
Therefore, it is also considered as Badkadonasana but there is a difference between Badkadonasana and Butterfly posture.

It literally means sitting in a butterfly pose. 
The posture of this yoga is similar to that of Baddkonasana. 
Hence it is also considered as Badkadonasana, but there is a lot of difference between Badkadonasana and Butterfly posture. 
In this posture, we move the feet up and down like a butterfly.
Whereas the feet have to be kept on the ground in Baddkonasana. 
By doing this yoga daily, a person can stay fresh throughout the day. 
It is said that by doing this yoga, the tiredness of the body is removed. 
At the same time, there is new communication of energy in the body.

How to do butterfly posture

For this, first of all, place a carpet or mat in a clean environment. Now sit facing the sun in a relaxed position. After this, spread both your legs forward and then fold it and join the knees and soles with each other. If you want to do this yoga, you can also sit in Dandasana posture.

Now sit in a relaxed posture and apply thighs to the ground with your hands. After this, grab the soles of the feet with both your hands and then close the eyes and move your feet like a butterfly. Do this pose for a few minutes. Doing this yoga daily provides relief from many types of physical problems.

Benefits of butterfly seat

This asana has many benefits. This helps strengthen the legs. The inner tension of the hips ends. This yoga is very beneficial for women. Removes body fatigue. Proves to be very beneficial for the intestines. It also brings flexibility in the hips. While people suffering from sciatica and suffocating knee problems should not do butterfly posture. Be sure to consult a specialist once before doing this.
