Jeff Bezos, the founder of e-commerce company Amazon, has decided to step down as CEO of the company.

Bezos will be followed by the CEO of a company like Andy. Andy is currently leading Amazon’s cloud computing business.

The statement issued by the company said that this change will happen in the second half of 2021. After this Jeff Bezos will see the company’s work as executive chairman.

Jeff Bezos started this company in his garage about 30 years ago.

On leaving the CEO position and the new role, he said, “This step will be helpful in spending time and energy on other ventures”.
