While doing this exercise, the stomach muscles should be tightened, while doing this, lie on the stomach. Ah, extend one leg behind you and pull his opposite hand forward. Stop like this for a while. With this exercise, you will definitely get some relief in back pain.

Bridging is also helpful

Lie on your back, bending at the knees and keep your heel on the ground. Tilt the heel towards the floor. Raise the hips off the floor until the shoulders, hips, and knees are together. Stop for about 6 seconds, then gently move the hips to the floor and rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this 8-12 times, keeping your hips upward and keeping it on the lower back.

Do not do leg lifts

If you have back pain and you lift both legs together then it can make the back pain terrible. Exercise is considered good for the core, but if your core is already weak and you try it during back pain, the condition may worsen.
