In Ghazipur and Singhu, the police have made a wall on the way by putting cement between the barricades, which has made it difficult for the farmers to move. At the same time, long nails of iron have been laid on the paths in Tikri.

The agitation of farmers staging a sit-in on the Singhu border along Haryana reached the 69th day on Tuesday.

Today is the 67th day of the movement on the Ghazipur border adjoining UP. A large number of farmers are gathering on the Ghazipur border for the last few days.

Seeing the situation there, the administration has installed barbed wire.

The agrarian farmers’ organization, United Kisan Morcha, condemned these steps of the administration and alleged that people are being prevented from reaching the protest site.

In a press conference on Monday, farmer leaders claimed that more than 100 protesters have been missing since January 26.

He said, “Young farmers are being harassed, they are being beaten up. Many farmers are missing since the tractor rally held on 26 January. Roads have been closed around the border. Internet is being shut down around picketing sites. Water and electricity facilities have been closed here. The system of defecation is also being closed here. “

The Morcha has said that on February 6, the farmers will jam the block for three hours on national and state routes from 12 noon to 3 pm for three hours.

Farmer leaders say that “the next movement will be done in a better way and more firmly.”
