  • Exercise at home. Staying fit and healthy during this difficult quarantine is your first task. Therefore, you do yoga in the morning and evening. Inhale and exhale so that you do not have to face any breathing problem.
  • You can also choose to watch a documentary series on Netflix in Quarantine. Perhaps before this you have never taken interest in watching a series due to lack of time, which is a great option to spend time.
  • It is a good idea to cherish your thoughts, activities and learning in memories. You can keep your old memories in this time. You can write it
  • privately in your computer, mobile or a notebook. You can also write a blog if you want.
  • You can play new games on mobile, this will keep your mind entertained and time will also be cut easily.
  • Exercise the brain. Solve puzzles, this will keep your memory sharp, increase problem solving skills and IQ.
  • Meditate to relieve stress and for your good health. Meditation can help you find peace of mind in times of uncertainty. Find a quiet place, light some candles and freshen your mind with some medical meditation music.
