These MLAs have demanded to accept their favor in the pending petition. The top court will now hear the petition of these five rebels. At the previous hearing, the court had asked the Speaker to maintain the status quo. On the other hand, the BJP has claimed that in the event of a government collapse, it will constitute a new government within five days.

At the same time, he adjourned the assembly proceedings till Thursday by demanding the BJP’s demand.
