New Delhi, Agency. Karnataka political Crisis  will be hearing on Tuesday in the Supreme Court on Karnataka’s political crisis. In the case of five other rebel MLAs Anand Singh, K. Sudhakar, N. Nagraj, Muniratna and Roshan Baig have submitted their petition before the bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justice Deepak Gupta. These MLAs have demanded to accept their favor in the pending petition. The top court will now hear the petition of these five rebels. At the previous hearing, the court had asked the Speaker to maintain the status quo. On the other hand, the BJP has claimed that in the event of a government collapse, it will constitute a new government within five days.

This week will be a wake of political crisis:
Karnataka ‘s hopes  of a political gimmick from the last days are expected this week. Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, who is leading the Congress-JDU coalition government, will present the proposal to prove a majority in the assembly on Thursday. At the same time, 13 Congress MLAs and three JD-S MLAs have come under severe crisis after their resignation from Assembly membership. However, the speaker has not yet made any decision on his resignation. However, the possibility of being present during the trust of these MLAs lodged in the hotel in Mumbai is less likely.

All attempts to persuade the rebels failed, the efforts
of the rebel legislators failed to convince the Congress-JDS. It was being said that Mallikarjun Khard, Ghulam Nabi Azad and other leaders could meet him in the hotel to celebrate the rebels. But rebel MLAs wrote a letter to the Mumbai police chief and told the Congress leaders a threat. He has said that he does not want to meet Khadge, Azad or any other Congress leader.

Yeddyurappa said, in five days the government
BJP leader Yeddyurappa has said that he is confident of forming a government in the state in the next four to five days. He said, “Kumaraswamy can not prove a majority. This thing is known by Kumaraswamy. He will resign from the post after giving a good speech in the House. Let us know that Yeddyurappa became the chief minister after the elections last year. The BJP got 105 seats in the 224-member assembly. But he could not prove a majority in the assembly and had resigned from his post before voting on a vote of confidence vote.

Assembly Speaker K R Ramesh Kumar, who is preparing to present the vote of confidence,  said on Monday, Chief Minister Kumaraswamy will hold a vote of confidence in the House on Thursday at 11 o’clock in the morning. In yesterday’s meeting of the Working Group, in the meeting with the leaders of the ruling party and the Opposition, the vote was decided for the confidence vote. At the same time, he adjourned the assembly proceedings till Thursday by demanding the BJP’s demand. After the meeting, BJP leader and former Chief Minister Yeddyurappa said his party had said to present an undemocratic motion. After which the government has fixed the date for submission of a vote of confidence vote. At the same time, Congress Legislative Party leader Siddaramaiah said, the government is ready to present a vote of confidence vote.
